Two Postdoctoral Positions: Organic Synthesis and Biofunctionalization of Surfaces

Two postdoctoral positions are immediately available. The first position is on the synthesis and modification of biologically active compounds, in particular carbohydrates and peptides, and the development of highly efficient catalysts for bioconjugation via click reactions. The second position is on biofunctionalization of surfaces and micro- and nanopatterning of biomolecules. Successful candidates should have a strong background in organic synthesis or surface science as demonstrated by a record of publications in top journals (IF>3.5).

The position with a competitive salary ($35,000 or higher) is for 1-3 years.
